When can I activate my documents after submitting a document processing request?
 
  • The eFront Investment Café support team will send you a confirmation e-mail noting that the ticket has be solved.
  • Once you receive the “Solved” confirmation request you can make your documents active.
  • Please, note that our support team is still working on your request so please do not activate your documents before the confirmation email.
