How do I get access to the TerraStar Partner Support Portal?

The TerraStar Partner Support portal is for the use of TerraStar partners - these are the receiver manufacturers who use TerraStar data within their positioning solutions.  End-users will need to request support through their equipment supplier.  If problems or queries raised by a customer are related to TerraStar services, then the support team of the Partner will pass these on, but will remain the point of contact for the customer.

If you have a support role at a TerraStar partner company and would like an account with us, please send an e-mail to support@terrastar.net with your name, contact details and identifying your Company.

Once approved and activated you will be able to log in to your account, raise new support tickets and browse the knowledge base at
