I receive an error message stating that the security log is full. How do I fix this problem?
- Login as Localmgr. (Instructions Here)
- Right click on 'My Computer' on the desktop
- Select 'Manage' from the popup menu
- Click on 'Event Viewer'
- In the right hand pane, right click on 'Security' and select 'Properties'
- Press 'Clear Log' to clear the security log
To prevent the security log from becoming full in the future, select 'Overwrite events as needed' under the 'When maximum log size is reached section.'
