Having setup my laptop to use another ISP, how do I change it back to Rose-Hulman access?
Some ISP's (especially ones offering DSL or Cable access) will assign you a static IP. Their instructions will tell you how to set your machine such that the IP is coded directly into your machine. The Rose-Hulman network does not operate this way and that is why you might be having trouble accessing the network after having been on a third party ISP.
To fix this, you must go back into the DHCP settings and remove any IP's that you've entered directly. For more information on this topic see http://www.rose-hulman.edu/TSC/services/internet_connections/getting_online/.
