<p>How do I connect to Rose-Hulman's network from home?</p><p><span id="bodyfont"><p> If you have a third-party ISP, use the SSLVPN client as explained here:   <a href="http://supportcenteronline.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=840&task=knowledge&questionID=13">VPN</a>.<br /> <br /> It should be noted that if you are having trouble connecting to the Rose network and have a Roadrunner cable connection, you may need to call their customer service center and ask that ports 500 through 4500 be opened so that you can connect.</p> <p><font size="2">Following software installation, authenticate using your Rose-Hulman username and password.
