How does Automated Directory Assistance work?
Upon calling 644-2525 (4-2525 or 0 (zero) from campus), callers are provided with a number of options. You do not have to wait for the recording to finish before selecting one of the following options:
Press “1”, say “one”, or say “department” to request a department’s main phone number.
Press “2”, say “two”, or say “employee” to request a number for faculty or staff.
Press “3”, say “three”, or say “repeat” to repeat the options.
At any time during the call, you may press “0”, say “zero”, or say “operator” to be transferred to the University Technology Services Help Desk. At any time during the call you may say “good-bye” to end the call or simply hang up.
