My company's firewall or proxy server requires me to log on in order to access webCafé or to download documents from it. What can I do?
This page from the eRoom online help (look under To specify Advanced settings, steps 1 through 4) describes how to do the settings in eRoom monitor for a corporate proxy server that requires a username and password. You specify the username and password that works at your company for Internet access, rather than your Wharton account.
This procedure may also work for a corporate firewall, as certain firewalls incorporate proxy server functionality. However, it isn't necessary to use this with a personal firewall such as ZoneAlarm.
