How do I make ZoneAlarm work with webCafé?
If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 7 along with ZoneAlarm, you may have difficulty with logging in to webCafé.
For Internet Explorer 6, in order to gain access to webCafé, use the following steps:
1. Go to your toolbar at the bottom right of the screen and left click on the ZoneAlarm icon.

2. On the left side of the ZoneAlarm main screen, click on Privacy for ZoneAlarm versions 3 or 5.

Click Program Control for ZoneAlarm version 4.
3. If you clicked on the Privacy button (ZoneAlarm 3.x or 5.x), webcafe.wharton.upenn.edu should appear in the Site column. Next, left click under 'Session' column and choose Allow when a popup appears. Do the same under the 'Persistent', and '3rd Party' columns.
For ZoneAlarm 4, if you clicked on the Program Control button, you must scroll down to Internet Explorer and click Allow for the Internet Access column and Trusted Server and Internet Server columns.

If you clicked on the button for ZoneAlarm 5.x, webcafe.wharton.upenn.edu may appear in the Site column. If it is absent from the Site column, click the button located at the bottom right.
Next, type in webcafe.wharton.upenn.edu and click . It will appear in the site column and you should be able to gain access to webCafé.
For Netscape 7, in order to gain access to webCafé, use Steps 1 and 2 from above and then click scroll down to the Netscape List and click Allow for the Internet Access column and Trusted Server and Internet Server columns.

You may need to clear your web browser's cache after making any of the changes shown above.
