<![CDATA[<p>How do I make ZoneAlarm work with <STRONG>web</STRONG><EM>Café</EM>?</p><p><P>If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 7 along with ZoneAlarm, you may have difficulty with logging in to <STRONG>web</STRONG><EM>Café</EM>. </P>
<P><U>For Internet Explorer 6</U>, in order to gain access to <STRONG>web</STRONG><EM>Café</EM>, use the following steps:</P>
<P>1. Go to your toolbar at the bottom right of the screen and left click on the ZoneAlarm icon.</P>

<P>3. If you clicked on the <SPAN style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cccccc">Privacy</SPAN> button (ZoneAlarm 3.x or 5.x), <EM>webcafe.wharton.upenn.edu</EM> should appear in the Site column. Next, left click under 'Session' column and choose <SPAN style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cccccc">Allow</SPAN> when a popup appears. <P>For ZoneAlarm 4, if you clicked on the <SPAN style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cccccc">Program Control</SPAN> button, you must scroll down to Internet Explorer and click <SPAN style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cccccc">Allow</SPAN> for the Internet Access column and Trusted Server and Internet Server columns.</P>

<P><U>For Netscape 7</U>, in order to gain access to <STRONG>web</STRONG><EM>Café</EM>, use Steps 1 and 2 from above and then click scroll down to the Netscape List and click <SPAN style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cccccc">Allow</SPAN> for the Internet Access column and Trusted Server and Internet Server columns.</P>
