How can I give someone else the right to edit a file or other item that I added or created?
- Right-click on the icon for the item or file (not the title or filename), then choose Access Control. (Or you can check off the item's checkbox and then click the access toolbar button. To expose checkboxes if they are not shown, click the commands button.) The Access Control screen will appear.
- Press the bottom-most of two "people" buttons (to the right of the "Edit" field). The Access Control:Who Can Edit screen will appear. Click the circle next to "Coordinators, plus these members," then check off your name and the names of other users you wish to allow to edit the file or item. Press OK to continue.
- Press OK to close the Access Control screen.
