On the "My eRooms" page, I don't see the course I am taking or teaching at the top under "Active eRooms." How can I get to its webCafé room?
Be sure to look under "All My eRooms," on the lower part of your My eRooms page, to see if a course appears there. Once you click on its link to visit the webCafé room, it will appear in your "Active eRooms" at top until you remove it using the organize button. If the course does not appear under "All My eRooms," perhaps you just registered for it or won a seat for it in the Auction. If the semester has already started, you should allow one business day after completing your registration for the course room title to appear at "All My eRooms." Also bear in mind that some courses are cross-listed; the academic department or course number for which your registration applies may not be first alphabetically in the room's title at "All My eRooms"; our listings on the webCafé home page (under "By Department") can help you locate course rooms by section. Finally, keep in mind that just over 80% of Wharton courses (including most of the MBA Core) will have a webCafé Classic room. If you don't see the course under "All My eRooms," and it is not listed on our home page, most likely it is not using webCafé at this time. Some courses start their webCafé room only after the course has already started, while others may use alternate online resources (usually linked through SPIKE Courses) or no online resource. Approximately four-fifths of faculty teaching in a particular term use our service currently.
