When using the "eRoom plug-in software" interface option, my login does not work. I can log in using "Just the web browser" only. What should I do?
First, try clearing your web browser's cache. If this does not solve the problem, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the plug-in software.
To uninstall the plug-in software from your computer, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. This will bring up a list of programs currently installed on your computer. Look for and highlight eRoom 6 or eRoom 7 in the Add/Remove dialog box, and then choose to remove it from your computer.
