I'm prompted to choose "Just the web browser" or "eRoom plug-in software" over and over. What should I do?
If you are using a public computer in Wharton's labs, group study rooms, classrooms or webmail station areas and try to activate the eRoom plug-in there, it may seem as though you are repeatedly prompted to log in as an Administrator or to choose between "Just the web browser"/"eRoom plug-in software". Even if you normally use the plug-in software elsewhere, it cannot be used or installed on a Wharton public computer. Thus, if you choose "eRoom plug-in software" on the Software Options screen, you would be prompted about installation again. To break the cycle, the next time you are prompted for Software Options, choose "Just the web browser". (This same problem may occur on any computer on which you do not have the right to install new software -- in other words, where you don't have an Administrator or Power Users account.)
