I'm having difficulty reading a nightly email notification on my mobile device or preferred email client; is a different format available for the nightly "eRoom report" messages?

Within any "eRoom Report" email previously sent by webCafé, there should be a notification settings link you can click. If you can't find or click that link, go to any webCafé room, right-click on any item in the room and select Notification from the pop-up menu. Log in if prompted; then you should be taken to the Notification options screen.
Near the bottom of the various settings on the Notification options screen, you'll see a checkbox next to the line "Send my notification emails in HTML format". You can either:

Doing this will set the format for how notifications will be sent for all of your webCafé rooms. The new setting will work the next time notifications are sent. Unfortunately, there is no way to resend any previously sent notifications in a different format. If you also use another eRoom service, such as facultyCafé, you'll need to make this same change using the settings link in any "eRoom Report" sent by that service, or through an eRoom on that service.
