<![CDATA[<p>Why do I get an email from <STRONG>web</STRONG><EM>Café</EM> each morning?</p><p><P>Email notifications, or eRoom Reports, are sent to users who have logged in at least once since the <B>web</B><I>Café</I></SPAN> room was set up. Users don't start receiving notifications until they log on for the first time.<BR><BR>The notification is normally mailed early each morning between 3:00am and 4:00am. It contains a summary of additions and changes made during the previous day. Thus, for most users, the notifications consist of one e-mail message a day for each <STRONG>web</STRONG><I>Café</I></SPAN> room in which you currently have membership, summarizing the previous day's activity.</P>
<P>If you do not wish to receive notifications, it is possible to <A href="http://supportcenteronline.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=658&task=knowledge&questionID=185" target=support>opt out (unsubscribe)</A> on a per-room basis.
