Why do I get an email from webCafé each morning?
Email notifications, or eRoom Reports, are sent to users who have logged in at least once since the webCafé room was set up. Users don't start receiving notifications until they log on for the first time.
The notification is normally mailed early each morning between 3:00am and 4:00am. It contains a summary of additions and changes made during the previous day. Thus, for most users, the notifications consist of one e-mail message a day for each webCafé room in which you currently have membership, summarizing the previous day's activity.
If you do not wish to receive notifications, it is possible to opt out (unsubscribe) on a per-room basis. However, the eRoom software from EMC Corporation, on which webCafé is based, unfortunately does not provide a feature for opting out of all room notifications at once.
