Why can't I access webCafé at certain early-morning times?
To protect your data and ensure reliability of the webCafé service, Wharton Computing performs maintenance and security patching at least once a week. Normally an outage is scheduled for every Sunday morning between 5:30-6:30am Eastern time. During some weeks, an second unannounced outage may occur on a weekday morning during the same hour (5:30-6:30am Eastern); one such weekday outage occurred on June 24, 2009 between 5:30am-6:30am EDT. Any longer scheduled outages will be listed on our home page under Service Availability Update (on the right side).
