Why can't webCafé be used on my mobile device?
The web browsers on most mobile devices unfortunately will not work with the EMC eRoom software on which webCafé is based. If you saw an "Active Scripting" error message on your Blackberry or other cell phone, it means the device's web browser is missing some of some of the capabilities EMC eRoom needs in order to operate -- capabilities that are provided by desktop/laptop web browsers, such Internet Explorer or Firefox. A few smartphones, such as the iPhone, Palm Pre, Droid and some Windows Mobile devices, do not show the "Active Scripting" message; while some of these can log into webCafé, not all of them can download files successfully or do other operations possible on a desktop or laptop computer.
