How can I hand off coordination of a student organization's webCafé room?
1. "Promoting" existing members in private club rooms If your club restricts webCafé membership just to specific students, most likely your new coordinator is already on the member list. Go to the room member list by clicking the members button on the room's top level folder. Then, for each coordinator: If you need to, you can use the same steps to change the present coordinators back to regular members; if you choose to do that, "demote" yourself last. 2. Adding coordinators who are new to the club, or adding coordinators when your room is open to all MBA students Adding coordinators who are not currently room members, or who are members through belonging to the group for either the current first-year or second-year full-time MBA classes, can be done by using our member management tutorial steps. On the Choose Role step, be sure to select Coordinators.
