How can I change or reset my Wharton account password?
If you know your current Wharton password, you may change it using the Password Change link at the Accounts@Wharton Password Change page: http://accounts.wharton.upenn.edu If you did not previously set up password questions, or if you were unable to reset you password online, contact our Wharton Computing Student Support office, F35 Jon M. Huntsman Hall. In this situation, whenever possible please go to Student Support in person with your PennCard. The office is open on University business days; hours are posted on the Support web site. Part-time students and others who cannot come to campus, contact Consulting by phone at 215-898-8600 during the posted office hours. Due to security concerns, it is not possible to get Wharton account password resets by e-mail.

If you don't know your password and want to change it, do you remember setting up three "password questions" at the end of the Wharton account creation process? Provided you had previously set up those questions, you may reset your password by answering those questions using the Challenge-Response link at the site linked above.
