How can I change or reset my Wharton account password?
If you know your current Wharton password, you may change it using the accounts@Wharton Password Change page: If you did not previously set up password questions, or if you were unable to reset you password online, contact our Wharton Computing Student Support office, F35 Jon M. Huntsman Hall. In this situation, whenever possible please go to Student Support in person with your PennCard. The office is open on University business days; hours are posted on the Support web site. Part-time students and others who cannot come to campus, contact Consulting by phone at 215-898-8600 during the posted office hours. Due to security concerns, it is not possible to get Wharton account password resets by e-mail.

If the password you remember does not seem to work, with luck you had established three "password questions" in conjunction with getting your Wharton account. If you had previously set up those questions (also known as Wharton Challenge-Response), you may reset your password using the link above.
