Are webCafé rooms available for MBA learning teams?
Each full-time MBA learning team has its own private folder within your cohort's webCafé Classic room (see under Communities & Clubs on our home page), which will be available to you during the two years of your program. Team members can do most things in a private folder that can normally be done within an eRoom, such as creating subfolders to keep files organized, tracking file versions, creating shared calendars, etc. Other cohort members will not be able to see or be notified of materials placed in your team's private folder, and the faculty and staff do not have access (other than our team for support reasons only -- we won't look at files or postings unless requested). MBA Exec study groups have similar folders in your class/coast's "home base" webCafé room. The faculty do not have access to these folders, although MBA Program for Executives staff do retain access (but, again, aren't actively looking at your postings there). Your team or study group is also free to establish a separate collaboration site of its own using alternative services.
