Why can't I access <STRONG>web</STRONG><EM>Café</EM>?</p><p><span id="bodyfont"><p>If you just obtained your Wharton account online, you may need to wait for up to 6 hours after obtaining it before your course-enrollment-related memberships in <strong>web</strong><em>Café</em> Classic rooms will begin.</p>
<p>To make sure your Wharton account is working, you may log in at <a href="http://webcafe.wharton.upenn.edu/eRoom"><em>My eRooms</em></a> approximately 30 minutes after creating an account, using the steps from our <a href="http://webcafe.wharton.upenn.edu/tutorials/loggingon.html">login tutorial page</a>. However, links to rooms for courses in which you're currently registered will not be listed on the <em>My eRooms </em>page for up to 6 hours.</p>
<p>Unfortunately we do not have an automatic way to add you to rooms for courses you're informally auditing or attending without registration. Your professor can contact us to arrange membership for an unregistered student; if you have an email from your instructor granting permission for <strong>web</strong><em>Café</em> access, feel free to forward that to <a href="mailto:webcafe@wharton.upenn.edu">webcafe@wharton.upenn.edu</a> (but access usually will take longer than 6 hours in that case).</p>
