What kind of support do I get?
Technical support
All users including evaluators receive free email and telephone technical support. More than 95% of support enquiries are answered within two working hours. Technical support is free and lifetime. The support hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700 US EST / 0900-2200 GMT; excluding national holidays.
In addition licensed users are entitled to all version and software dictionary updates as available within their license term.
Note: different terms apply to One Time Use and Traveling licenses.
