What happens when my support expires?
With two exceptions iInventory licenses are for perpetual use and will not expire. One Time Use licenses expire completely (at 90 days) and Traveling licenses must be renewed at expiry to allow continued use. The expiry date in your console license details refers to support, meaning your entitlement to version updates and access to the web dictionary, plus others such as custom report services. Technical support, where you can ask our technicians for help and advice via ticket, email or phone is always provided free to all users, including evaluators. After the support expiry date you may continue to use the product in the usual way (except One Time Use and Traveling licenses) , however you will be unable to upgrade to new versions or access the web dictionary until you renew your support. Renewal will provide you with a new license key via email. See www.iinventory.com/prices.htm for renewal prices or contact sales@iinventory.com for a quote. If the license size needs to be increased additional expansion nodes may be ordered. Details can also be found at www.iinventory.com/prices.htm.
