<![CDATA[<p>How does iInventory work?</p><p><P><FONT size=2>This is a simple two stage process:</FONT></P>

<LI><FONT size=2>Use the remote scanning tool to detect and audit Windows computers from your desktop, or, deploy iInventory inventory agents (.exe files and the equivilent for Mac & Linux) to gather audit data.</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT size=2>The audit data is imported into the iInventory database which may be server or workstation based.</FONT></LI></OL>
